Securely upload medical records directly to Medical Systems with this easy to use tool.
To get started, scroll down to Upload Your File(s). Enter your email address, phone number and claimant name, then click on “Choose File” to add a file. To add additional files, click “Add File." Although you can add several separate files, the total maximum upload size is 20 MB.
Once you have added all your files (or reached the 20 MG upload limit), click “Upload.” If the upload was successful, you will receive an automated email from Medical Systems confirming receipt. You may repeat the above steps as many times as necessary to transfer all your files.
If you did not receive an automated confirming email, have any questions or are experiencing upload difficulties, please contact our Medical Records Department at 414-431-3276 during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 8AM-5PM CST). Records can also be faxed to 414-235-3361.
